A team creating a subscription product, replacing a manual customer process or giving users access to a booking or membership service. A web application makes sense when users need to change and retrieve information; an informational website may be sufficient when they only need to read about your offer.
Product workflows with account access and subscription integrations where required by the agreed scope.
Spaces for users to view information, submit requests and follow progress, with clear access rules.
Task-based applications that connect customer actions to the staff processes behind them.
Use our software project brief guide to turn these answers into a short enquiry.
A SaaS prototype can demonstrate one complete workflow: a user signs in, completes a task and sees a result. Sample users and test data let you check screens and permissions without using live customer information. A prototype does not establish production security, scale or payment readiness.
We assess every request first. An accepted demo has a limited scope and uses simulated or test data by default. Third-party costs are not included by default. Read the full demo conditions.
Before production, define account recovery, authorisation, customer data separation, backups and operational ownership. If billing is involved, specify what happens after a failed payment or cancelled subscription. Agree hosting, monitoring and support separately rather than assuming they are included in a prototype.
A website mainly publishes information. A web application lets users perform tasks and change data, often through accounts and role-based access. Some projects need both.
Yes. We can scope a first version around the main user workflow, then agree the requirements for a production release after reviewing the prototype.
Yes, integrations are part of our service. Feasibility depends on the provider's API, access permissions and commercial terms. Live credentials should not be sent through the enquiry form.
A few sentences are enough to start. We review scope and demo suitability before proposing the next step.
